Kirk helped us find a condo for our son while in medical school and then helped us sell it four years later when he finished. When we bought, we had only 4 days in the city to find a place, but he made sure we got the job done. Then when it was time to sell, he was very helpful with advice on getting the placed properly stage and on negotiating with the buyers and handling all the details of the closing, which we had to do from 850 miles away.
